John Hilton III was an assistant professor of Ancient Scripture when this was written. Prior to coming to BYU, John worked with Seminary and Institute for eleven years. He has taught seminary or institute in Boise, Boston, Miami and Salt Lake City. He also managed social media and public-facing Internet sites for Seminaries and Institutes. John served a mission in Denver, and got a Bachelor鈥檚 degree from Brigham Young University. John has a master's degree from Harvard and a PhD from BYU, both in Education. He and his wife, Lani, have five children.
